What is this new indicator for Pyke R?

He has one or two icons of his ultimate next to his health bar, which is making me confused. I’m not sure if he has it or not and sometimes I get baited into thinking he has it so I back off for no reason. At first I thought it meant how many resets he’s gotten but it doesn’t surpass two, so it’s definitely not that case.

Anyone care to clarify or is this just some weird quality of life change?
