He is targetable during the first dash, I died often enough during my first dash to be pretty sure about this

IM DEFINITELY TALKING ABOUT FIRST PART OH MY GOD HOW CAN ONE BE THIS DUMB??? My spells didn't work on him when he was in that dash, and I'm not sure if this is intended, if not this can be a bug and needs to be fixed.
