Dark Harvest and ARAM don't mix.

I once made a thread that said "Dark Harvest in it's current form will never be balanced." Apparently Riot agreed.

But this new variation is far worse. With the old Dark Harvest, you could at least starve the champ and end the game quickly. The new Dark Harvest means that it's good at ANY stage of the game due to it's amazing ratios. And since it's effectively an Electrocute that resets on kill, with so many bodies so close to each other in ARAM it's all comes down to the question "How many dark harvest are on your team vs theirs?"

Just...can we disable Dark Harvest for ARAM? Is that a thing?

Last note? WHY DOES IT PROC OFF THE SNOWBALLS.
