Or hell even Tank Vayne. Maybe Tank Ekko was cancer, but at least it was well thought and an extremely intuitive build (at least to me). Damage is so important that stuff like that doesn't really matter anymore.

Why exactly? Tank Ekko had enough damage to outtrade people over time, but also a lot of CC, and a huge heal that made attacking him nearly a waste of time.

Neither Zoe or Vayne have the ability to do that. If they don't build damage, they will tickle.

I was initially thinking think with how much her Q does and how E can set up kills it wouldn't be a bad build to try out. Her E also has a relatively manageable cooldown but you're probably right.

I also enjoy champions that can be built more than one way a lot.

its possible vayne could be a sufficient damage threat with just a trinity force into tanky; she has just about the highest base AS in the game, and of course a passive that gives her % true damage

i dont think it would put her in the spot to be either a frontliner or a proper AD carry, but it could probably succeed occasionally and be really really gross
