She was sleeper OP before, but the cdr buff on lichbane broke her. The fact that her passive resets lichbane's cooldown makes things even worse. Riven freelo abusers mains that know how to cancel her animations properly can deliver 35 lichbane procs in 12 seconds, effectively letting her instakill even tanks lategame.
