But, they actually do his

Chomp no longer affects towers. This hurts him SO HARD for when he's split pushing, like Jesus they could give it the gankplank treatment, but they actually just remove the entire thing.

Now when trundles masteries and items are nerfed and his needs never reverted, he will be trash tier for a few years until riot decided it's his time to get buffed because they have to rotate the meta like they say is why they haven't buffed sej or Sion.
