Why does he get to have 3.2k health, heal for 150 every hit and also out damage a full build Master Yi? There's no way he isnt getting nerfed.
This actually happened in my last game. After picking multiple fights as Yi, he would always beat me with more than half health left.
He only heals when at 50% health. Buy a GW item.

You're not supposed to be able to out duel ww.
There's a difference between outdamaging, and outliving. When you're full damage he probably will outsurvive you when he has the proper lifesteal, and looking at the build he had 
and 
so that was 22% + his passive, his Q active, and all of that was amplified by 25% through Spirit Visage.
In the end you did more damage to champions than he did, albeit by a small margin, but his tankiness and lifesteal allowed him to survive your fights.
