What's Riots opinion on MF, Sivir and Ashe now?

Is she still too strong according to them after the nerf?

Is Sivir too weak (looks like since you are planning a buff)/is she ok?

I personally dislike the changes to Ashe's Q because they made her way simpler and removed her biggest skillcap (Q managing), do you feel like it was a good change (more slows on crits and W, less Q reliability)?
