I feel like I'm being punished every time I use Yasuo's 'e'

Oh, you used your dash to last hit a minion? Looks like your under the enemy tower now (or super over extended). We should be able to cancel the animation on the dash if we want to. Don't feel like dashing the full distance? Just press the button again and the animation stops.

You know that there is this little trick that only a few Yasuo players know:

You don't have to spam your E in lane as often as you can

You shouldn't be punished for using one of your abilities.

That's like saying you shouldn't be punished for using your E on Ezreal straight into the enemy team

....So because you can't freely use it at all times, that is a problem? Come on man, you are better then this.

Yea man. F*ck me for having an opinion. I think YOU are better than this.

Your opinion is wrong, you are complaining about a very useful ability not being perfectly optimal at all times.

Do you also W in with Tristana?

Do you also use Vi’s Q with no backup?

Do you use Rakan’s dash off cd?

There are times when you use certain abilities and when you don’t.

There's no such thing as a wrong opinion. And all those champions you mentioned have ways to last hit reliably without dashing in. They also have ways to contribute to a fight without dashing in. The only time they ever use their dashes is when they're going to all in someone, which Yasuo cannot do because he has no cc (I don't count the situational knockup, because he doesn't have access to it 24/7). Yasuo does not. All he ever does is dash in and die. Stop pretending like this ability is good. It's not.

And so does Yasou, you can also use your Q?

Yeah, if only Yasou had a long range knock up.

Ok, based off that logic, Annie , Akali Brand Corki Kennen Ornn Poppy RekSai and Teemo also don't have CC because it is situational and don't have access to it at all time then.

All he ever does is dash in and die. Stop pretending like this ability is good. It's not.

It is though.

WOW. Yasuo has ONE ability he can reliably last hit with. The rest of the champs in this game have their entire kits. Also other champions have no special requirements to get their cc. They don't have to land any abilities and when their cc is off cooldown it's as easy as point and click. And using the cooldowns arguments is stupid because literally everyone has them. Also I'm pretty sure their cc doesn't expire, unlike Yasuo who has like 3 seconds to use it before it disappears. So please stop pretending like Yasuo's mobility and cc are good.

Except his AAs are incredibly crisp, and his Q, but ok, I guess we can ignore both those factors.

Not...really.

Also other champions have no special requirements to get their cc.

Kennen needs to land two prior abilities?

Teemo needs you to walk into his shroom?

Ornn needs to land an ability for at least a second then be close range to hit you OR for you to be near terrain.

Rek sai has to be underground, the list goes on, so what are you talking about here.

They don't have to land any abilities and when their cc is off cooldown it's as easy as point and click.

I repeat, what are you talking about, look above?

They are good, how are they not, he has a movement and utility option a lot of champions would kill for. It is both limited and infinite depending on the situation. In the right situation, there is no escaping Yasou because he is going to dash through several minions to chase you down and a knock up is one of the hardest kinds of CC in the game. It, unlike literally every other CC in the game, can't be cleansed at all, once it hits, you are stuck being unable to move, attack, use spells, use abilities, etc. How is a knock up bad CC?

His Q and AAs are crisp? WTF are you talking about? Kennen doesn't have to land any skillshots. He just smashes his face on his keyboard and gets a free stun. It's not hard for Teemo get his cc off when you have stealth. He also has a point and click blind. Rek'sai actually has godlike mobility that has no counterplay, because it's not like you can target her while she's underground. She just runs into your backline and uses her point and click knockup. Unlike Yasuo who doesn't have access to his mobility 24/7, can be attacked while using his mobility and actually has to land skillshots in order to get a knockup. Ornn doesn't have to dive the backline to cc someone because his cc has tons of range, unlike Yasuo who's ONLY option is to dive the backline. And unlike the champions you mentioned, Yasuo isn't viable as a tank, because as I've said numerous times his cc is unreliable and has too much counterplay, unlike the other champs you mentioned.

I'm saying that you can use his autoattacks and Q for last hitting, like every other melee ADC in the game.

Kennen doesn't have to land any skillshots. He just smashes his face on his keyboard and gets a free stun.

No, no he doesn't.

Unlike Yasuo who doesn't have access to his mobility 24/7, can be attacked while using his mobility and actually has to land skillshots in order to get a knockup.

Or you can dash into them to make it reliable.

Ornn doesn't have to dive the backline to cc someone because his cc has tons of range, unlike Yasuo who's ONLY option is to dive the backline.

Or hit your knock up.

And unlike the champions you mentioned, Yasuo isn't viable as a tank, because as I've said numerous times his cc is unreliable and has too much counterplay, unlike the other champs you mentioned.

Never said he was a tank, said that he wasn't the only champion to have situational CC and god forbid a champion having counterplay.

Yes he does. With Kennen you just run into the enemy team press all the buttons and free stun. The only thing he has to do is land his 'q', which isn't hard to do when he's literally in your face after using his 'e' (or 'w' can't remember). And Yasuo has situational cc AND mobility. Funny how you fail to mention he has BOTH of these things. All the other champions you mentioned have access to either hard cc, mobility or both of them whenever they want it (assuming it's off cooldown obviously).

Yeah, and? His is situational, sometimes it is some of the best mobility in the game, other times it is worth, he gets either side of the spectrum, and yes situational cc.

The fact is he is the most unreliable champion in this game. With other champions you have access to your cc, mobility, and your ult whenever you need it (again assuming it's off cooldown) or both whenever you need it. I will never play him in ranked. He's a troll pick that doesn't work except against extremely incompetent teams.

Most unreliable champion in the game, sitting at a 50% win rate, decent play rate, and ban rate.

With other champions you have access to your cc

Except the champions I stated above.

mobility

Reksai has to be underground

Rengar needs a bush/ulti

Amumu needs a target

Camille needs a wall

Cass needs to hit a champion

Irelia also needs a target

Jax needs a target

Jhn needs to shoot 4 times

Jinx needs to takedown something

Lee Sin needs an ally or a ward

Maokai needs a target

etc etc but no, he is the only champion in the game with situational mobility.

I will never play him in ranked. He's a troll pick that doesn't work except against extremely incompetent teams.

Consistent 50% win rate at all elo (except Master and Challenger), but ok.

Rek'Sai can go underground literally ANYWHERE on the map and can pop up WHENEVER she wants. Bushes are literally EVERYWHERE on the map and even without them he still has a ton of mobility with his ult and item actives. Walls are literally Everywhere on the map, so not hard for Camille to find a place to dash. Jax can just place a ward whenever he wants or jump to literally ANY ally or enemy champ or minion on the map. Lee Sin can also just place a ward whenever he wants and free mobility. Jinx doesn't need to get a takedown. All she has to do is assist in the takedown of a champ or turret (maybe inhibitors too).

The other champions you mentioned do have situational mobility, but they have access to hard cc (again assuming it's off cooldown) whenever they want it so that makes up for it.

if that was the case it would be physically impossible to hit a good yasuo with any skill shoot

Don't last hit with your E then....

Yasuo has some of the best last-hitting in the entire game, having a great basic attack animation, his Q, and his E to use to pick up CS.

Only Mundo comes to mind as having better.
