Quick noob question...
was 
ever good or was he just "swept under the rug" from his release? Becasue people always talk about champs that were "nerfed to the ground" (
) and 's name never seems to come up.

Rico Jungle Only2 votesHe has a flawed design and is currently being worked on (prob near the end of the year/beginning of next) to be updated. He's binary, in the sense that for melees, if they try to farm, he can burst them off it with his ghosts. His passive makes trading pointless. thats why he's never seen in the rotations, to prevent his binary/toxic play style from becoming mainstream. He's also has no definite play patterns aside from, get in distance to spam ghosts, run...repeat. Its almost as bad as playing Mundo (...going where he pleases...).
TL;DR he's a poorly designed champ they don't want popularized until they finish his rework.
