Tristana is not broken, she is a victim of circumstance.

Tristana is not this "OMG SO OP" champion, she fell into the role as the better long ranged hyper carry because cait was gutted and tanks came into flavor. Tank meta = you need something to push down towers quickly, and trist is the perfect champion for just that. I remember just a few months ago she was one of the least played ADCs and was considered shit tier because she could not deal with the lane bullies, but because the meta shifted and some of her biggest counters got nerfed and the objective game became more important she is now top tier because she is the best at what she does, and that is push towers. To the people posting "OMG CRIT IS SO OP" you understand it is RNG and it has always been that way, and since lethality got nerfed AGAIN for ADCs crit builds are obviously going to be more relevant.
