Veigar ult nerf should be reverted or get a low cooldown like Leblanc's Ult

Mimiced Q and E have a total of 600 + 1,3*ap damage, veigar's ult had 500 + 1,2 ap + 0,8 of enemys ap. just get rid of enemy ap scale and buff his ult ratio to something like 1,5~~1,6 and make veigar not useless against ad champions

Leblanc's requires multiple hits or a delay. Veigar's is just push R.

Lelbanc can't get free AP from farming.

Veigar's ult isn't as weak as you're making it sound.

Also, different champions do different things. Just comparing one part of a kit wont work.
