Need new AP jungle item
AD people have two options, tank have on overpowered one, and then AP people just get this bland one. I think they need something unique that will maybe give spell vamp to encourage rushing it. Also sustain.

By being able to sell the jungle item come mid game. Also it being less expensive means you can start working on the rest of your build early.
The ap item would have like 60ap and either 15 or 20cdr whatever meets the 1800 pricepoints
