does no one understand or see how broken shooting/killing people from the fog of war is? 
is bad enough, but jhins ult just gives zero reaction time. so all you need is good aim, which isnt hard since it goes through minions.
like why is this thing? atleast now i know how he killed zed,garen,vi, and sona all effortlessly. its because his ultimate is broken as all living fuck and shot them from 10 million miles away while inside the fog of war.

most of the time you have ample time to react and prepare a counterplay such as healing urself, shielding ally who might die, etc against a karth ult, and its also just a 1 shot and done. but jhin there is zero, ZERO reaction time. you cant prepare yourself for it because the shots missile speeds are too fast to dodge or react to. and most importantly you have 4 chances till kill your target at that range rather than just one with the 4th pretty much guaranteeing a kill on low hp targets.

i have access to pbe, so yes i have done both.
btw, lux ult IS a skill shot that can be side stepped. it has a small delay right before it lands with a line indicator. jhins ult does not have such a indicator except for the cone thingy. his bullets actually have the same missle speed as lux ult(maybe slightly slower) without the line indicator. its impossible to dodge unless u are zig zagging and jhin simply misses.
in other words a good jhin should land about 90% of his 4 shots.
in comparison, xer has a circle indicator with a delay before the actual hit lands. like i said before, jhin has no indicator to where his bullets are heading. all he has is a range indicator that lets u know "hey, jhin is ult and u need to get out of this cone to be 100% safe". thats it.
btw, did i mention his ult also has a 80% slow? really impossible to dodge. jhin himself has to be absolute crap at aiming to miss.
