It doesn't seem op to me but shit it does a lot of damage, when I run arcane comet I don't even break 5 k damage with it, meanwhile I'm seeing kids rocking 10s of thousands of true damage just from the conqueror rune.
A kled I just played against did 45000 physical damage and 11000 true damage :o

That is simply damage he already have which is converted to true damage. (granted there is a bit of a damage amp as true damage ignores armor) but I would wager it's probably about on par with any other rune as far as bonus damage goes.

Idk man, I was playing full armor 
and I fought him at one point, granted he was fed. But i had 
and with red buff and conq he did something like 1300 true damage to me over the duration of the fight. Was crazy

Perhaps perhaps, it wasn't a very extended fight, it took him maybe, 5-8 seconds to kill me from 90%-100% hp can't remember exactly.

AirKingNeo1 votesBecause Conqueror's numbers are misleading. It shows you 'damage converted to true damage', not 'extra damage dealt because it was converted to true damage'.
What would be the difference? Let's say my auto deals 100, reduced by 50%. Conqueror right now says I deal 20 true damage. What it should say to be more accurate is I dealt 10 true damage.
Cyrusklep1 votesI think the ONLY champ that truly breaks conqueror is darius, others are hella annoying but even then it's still beatable (unless the matchup just totally goes against you I suppose)
