Please buff taric

after palyign many and many games as taric im seeing several flaws that he has, his passive is more or less okay its just that maybe 30% of his armor instead of 20% would be better, his q for starters cost way to much mana and does very little to others i mean once you get spirit visage on him he heals for tremednous amounts as well as it cost way to much for the gains you get, his W is fine where its at , his E i wish could grant some sort of movement speed buff to stunned targets or somehting else but cant think of anything that would really change that. Now for the fun part his ult needs to change that is for sure cause the aoe buff isnt really anything nore does it do anything because what allies get and what you get isnt that great to begin with, i suggest maybe get rid of the % that allies recieve which is idea one , idea 2 would be a aoe stat debuff to all enemies which would be great :). idea 3 for his ult would be to cause a knock up or some sort of cc on his ult like leona, but the one thing for sure is his ult needs to change.
