Crit Chance a Prospective Rework.

Sorry no TL DL, not for the feint of reading. So i posted this thread recently: Everyone one starts with 33.333% crit chance (read on)

I can see why people likely downvoted it. the title at face value seems outrageous. what?? 33% crit chance on everyone lvl 1 lol. it was a misleading title. but i did add (read on... for people to understand) and the very first sentence stars off (..."A crit starts at 100% of your attack damage. aka no different than regular auto attack.") As opposed to the current 200%. people on this board downvote but do not bother replying. no one's bothered to point out where it falls shorts.

Anyways I really think i'm onto something, if not I think I hit the nail on the head.

This could be a timely change along with a change to offensive masteries. Such that there could be a way to add crit chance from masteries. Crit chance will now be more useful on any AD+AA oriented champions early game making it less of a niche stat since you immediately get that frequency sweet spot/threshold. it'll just be a question of how much damage you'll deal every 3rd hit (approximately).

imo aa champs should be able to be sufficiently rewarded for auto attacking a lot and sticking to an enemy. while champions who thrive more on casting spells look towards stacking ad/cdr.

Crit for fighters has been quite overlooked. atmas was essentially swept from under our feet, while dfg everyone made a huge deal and asked for compensation. I get that atmas wasn't that good stat wise. but why not just fix it.

A new atmas might have this passive: UNIQUE: Grants +1 % chance to crit base damage for every 3.5% of missing health, capped at 20% chance.... and like 45 armor and 30 ad.

would work well on XinZhao Irelia Aatrox Vi Udyr Rengar Olaf Skarner Trundle Nocturne Gangplank Gnar

itemization has become pretty standard these days. i'd like the see bit more build variety. and I think still could help with that.

thats what i think league stands out on. unlike say heroes of the storm. league is more about the items and stats which i think is what draws a lot of the players... testing different builds is half the fun.
