AD Life Steal is ok but AP healing 15% is the MOST they can get on a crap item

Riot is crazy. AD can get LS that scales with AD and AS and can top over 100% AND is FULL heal on multi-target

But AP healing for 15% on single target is the MOST AP can get.

What is wrong with your design team?

AP items often come with like 500 HP. So I would gladly take reduced lifesteal if item 3031 gave me 500 HP

Your stupid then because item 3153 +item 3072 +item 3094 +item 3031 +item 3078 +item 3006 Then Warlords Bloodlust and you are at 50% of ~700 every .2s WAY more then 500 HPs

i would love to see adc's build that. tri is to expensive early and they have no armor pen whatsoever and only huge amount of lifesteal that means nothing in a 1 shot

item 3071 item 3078 item 3022 item 3053 item 3748. Even item 3072 is basically 350 health.

Meanwhile item 3027 item 3116 and item 3151. Others are either very situational, like item 3060, or simply not viable on anyone like item 3152 and item 3030. Also only item out of those that actually grants 500 health is fully stacked ROA.

AD champions have far superior access to defenses as well.

Let's be honest. There are only like three or four champions that would build spellvamp if it was in abundance.

You're missing the point. As long as ADC's have Health (Sustain) they are relavant.

As long as APC's have MANA they are relevant.

If Mages could Sustain a lane AND have unlimited mana due to current items. There would be almost no reason to play ADC's.

There are a billion riot responses to this very thing.

the only viable mages to replace an adc would be the ones who can damage the tower with parts of their kit

lets also not mention running a full ap team could mean a galio or assassins wrecking your shit.

I was making a blanket statement. the idea of giving Mages helath sustain in the mid lane would be retarded. Would make it so ONLY mages that can 100-0 you would be viable because you can heal up damage and never leave lane.

What don't you get about it? The game would be slow AF ESPECIALLY IN PRO PLAY.

now that i think about it

keep health sustain the fuck away from ap mages.

ahri would be healing on every fucking minion wave

TY LOL

Mages with unlimited sustain would be stupid and boring. However, some spice could come to this. As the Meta would be back to the Season 3-4 "Pick Meta" where Elise, Ahri, Morg, and LB Reign supreme.

Because in the pro play. Everything became lock down and one shot anyways.

But yeah Mages with sustain does suck the life away. Ahri can still get Gunblade and make it work. the slow from the active ensures hitting E or getting flash. I have never used it...but Ahri top new meta lmao??

How is this any different then a ADC?

When any adc can heal for 20% of their max HPs ever .4s there is a problem

ADC's can have both sustain and unlimited mana due to current items. And people still play mages.

Honestly, I just hate the bullshit excuse they gave for removing spellvamp. "It couldn't be balanced as a stat"... on AP champions that is. AD champions having it is fine, despite them being as diverse as mages in ways of dealing damage; you can find all of AoE, single target burst, or sustained damage among AD characters. And yet spellvamp is not unbalanceable for them. The bias is real.

AD carries and AP mages deal damage in different ways though, you cant really compare the 2.

a mage will deal like 5X the damage an ADC will deal in burst, while ADC deal their damage over long periods of time, and need to stay alive.
