I HAVE WON MANY GAMES WITH DUO TOP AND DUO MID, OR RIVER SHEN. NO JUNGLE=META BREAKING= NOT REPORTABLE

well it isnt reportable unless you are actually trolling your team picking off meta as stated by riot multiple times is not reportable

See, I find this to be the actual way it works. Last pick goes, "top top top top i call top i'm top only top". Then, 2nd pick will be like, "Sorry, I'm going top lane." Last pick then chimes in, "idc i top to dis isnt my main". Then, after the game, last pick is all like, "no, i jus went duo top to try to win nd brake meta".

yes that can be how it goes granted no one can really tell because lobbies arent recorded, if rthey were it would be a lot easier to tell these situations from actually breaking the meta

Yup, and they could easily do it. But rito refuses to actually address the gameplay aspect of being "toxic". They only seem to want to address the language part, which I can simply mute a "toxic" player.

It isn't reportable. Not playing meta is not against the summoner's code. Will it stop people from reporting? No, but people will also continue to report people that just aren't good at the video game, and being bad at the game doesn't break any rules either.

There is a bad player report function, not under the category of feeding/afk/toxicness

That doesn't do anything though. It is more of a silly thing on Riot's end. You can go through summoner code if you are really bored. There is nothing along the lines of "You cannot be bad at this game". To be honest I think it serves better as a reverse report, that if you report someone for unskilled than it is knocked against yourself, since lets be real here if you are upset enough to report someone from not being skilled at a video game there are probably some attitude issues.

supports a vayne, vayne proceeds to think they are indestructible, vayne becomes vain, vain leads enemy team in 9/3 by 20 minutes, all 3 kills were given to her by her support, match ends at 20 minutes because enemy team too fed to even stop at towers, team's last words, "no wonder vayne had trouble, gangplank(poke support and stat support with global coverage) sucked" on the basis of one time where I was pulled away from the map so I couldn't see that the move command I had sent put me right into the middle of 3 v 2 fight

Duo top is not breaking the meta, its just displaying your total lack of game knowledge or revealing the fact that you have no runes or champions to jungle with.

Downvoted for Caps Lock. Caps and a very brief half-paragraph of your thoughts does not make your argument any more valid. As for why there is a Jungle, it is to maximize gold gained across the team as well as create a presence to intimidate the enemy team.

If you play a game with two top laners, you can shut down the other guy but that leaves Jungle free to roam Bot or Mid and camp them. Meanwhile Top can ping you missing and the other lanes will know you are roaming. You can't report the Enemy Jungler missing unless you spotted them with a ward (in which case you usually ping Danger)

With Tahm Kench we may see more Duo Tops (Kench Ult is perfect for a Duo) but ultimately, a Jungler is stronger because aside from the occasional counterjungle, their income is for the most part safe and they are (without good wards) impossible to track. Duo Top IS trackable and splitting gold/exp brings both laners behind.

people do not understand the ppoint of having a solo top or mid vices duo top or mid and a jungler etc the point has to do with efficincy of getting xp that is the point on maximizing xp period. is the reason for having a jungler/roamer the diff being a romaer keeps in mid or top the roams to oppposite like a supp would or mid would roam

picking champs for certain off the meta norms is breaking the meta. Changing the lanes up is trolling. If you wanna duo top you should ask your team ahead of time if duo top is acceptable for them, if its not then you shouldnt do it. Breaking the meta does not work if the rest of the team isnt on board. Whats next? someone gonna call river and just patrol it up and down killing scuttle and you think its good?
