Why am i not getting chests I got S rank on swain and poppy and the system says im eligible.

This season. You get one chest per champ per season.

You say "this season" like earning chests with champs were available in previous seasons. This is the first season earning chests has been available.

Riot said that you can only get one chest per champ per seaon. So that will reset Season 7.

Do you own both Swain and Poppy? Have you already received chests for Swain and Poppy this season?

You can only get one chest per champ. Have you gotten chests for them in the past? If you're not sure, you can go to your page, click champs, and find that particular champ. It will tell you what your highest rank with them is and whether or not you got a chest with them.
