I really hope the coming patch doesn't ruin ADC damage.

So we spend about half to a third of the total game time in the laning phase each round. Sometimes laning phase doesn't even end because of surrendering at 15. From my point of view, laning phase is the most important because it kind of locks you in your current spot when you get out of it because farming is slowed, unless you're playing the top lane because those laners always sit top. Just look at any player.

I just hope that this doesn't become league of tanks.

I agree with all except Last Whisper changes since LW will be better against squishies but worse against tanks.

45% bonus armor pen and 20% bonus damage vs 35% total pen?

I think tanks may end up worse off actually while you will do less damage to squishy champs.

This ^, although I don't think it'll hurt tanks as much as we suspect, IE may do 20% True Damage it's also losing the +50% modifier and Crit itself meaning you'll need two Zeal items. So tanks will have time to be strong, and if a ADC is behind then they'll have a longer time to impact the game. They'll also still be the prime engagers.

You’ll be killing tanks easier. And certain champions (cough Kai’sa) will be more busted with the item updates.

Basically it’s just a shift in ADC power rather than a nerf from what I see.
