I feel like the game is getting stomped

ever since the gold income is increased, u either win extremely fast or u lose equally as fast. people are knocking on inhibitor turret at 15:00 and some barely made it to surrender mark to surrender the game. when a lane is lost it feels like there is less way to come back due to the 12 level difference and half1 item lead. is it just me or is it everyone who feels this?

ok i am salty, just had a game as , spent 20 minute farming up the stacks and boom the enemy surrendered. i felt like i wasted my time for something not entirely worth it......
