Remember how Riot removed Lee Sins and Darius's attack speed slows as it was toxic on them?

Because she's meant to be a duelist...? Not like it's in her name or anything, no. One who expect her to have tools that would make her better at DUELING.

Because it's not AoE (Lee Sin) or on a less-than-8-second base cooldown (Darius).

I remember the patch notes for the removal of both of those attack speed slows and the word 'toxic' was not used for either. Their justification for the Lee Sin removal was it giving him too much free utility in the late game and the Darius one was pretty much just "make his duels harder to win". Not to mention Darius's AS slow was impossible to miss on a champion where everything is impossible to miss. Riposte is incomparable.

Been saying this since she was released, and i play her all the time, she seriously doesn't deserve it on her kit, much less on her parry.

They weren't removed because they were "toxic", they were removed because they were polarizing.

It's a skillshot on a .75 second cast time, and she's a duelist. The Grand Duelist. This isn't a mystery.

With Fiora's W, it's at least avoidable as there is about a .75-1 second delay (my visual estimation) and it IMMOBILIZES HER. For Lee and Darius, it is literally unavoidable because Darius' was on an AA buff that was guaranteed with the pull and lee's was a .5 second cast that barely hindered his own movement in a circular aoe that had magic damage scaling on AD. So yeah, it made sense to remove the attack speed slows on these two champions but it actually makes sense thematically and from a balance perspective for Fiora to get this for loosing the ability to cast any other abilities while channeling and being immobilized in the process. Which could sometimes really fuck up positioning.

Just play ashe top and max Q then volley and only get ult at level 10 and 11 , 16 cuz it isn't useful early. You don't need any attack speed and can just beat her easily unless jungler is camper lol

Going to go out on a limb and say she has an attack speed slow because she is intended as a duelist, perhaps even the Grand Duelist.

Okay i didn't knew she had one, but actually it makes sense with her W, maybe make it only slow half of the attack speed. And dude Lee still has a shiton of mobility and CC and darius just get 200AD with his passive that is massive. Not defending Fiora, but those 2 champs are bad examples

Because she stole it from Darius. Now what they need to do it to immediately remove it. She is already strong 1v1. Having that attack speed reduction at 50% at level 1 mind you all is pretty ridiculous. If Riot doesn't plan on removing it then atleast 50% should be level 5 parry not level 1.
