Please Nerf Draven's Damage

I don't want you guys to gut but by buffing him, he's getting out of hand pretty fast. He's disgusting to face now, being level 1, the guy can chip off a big piece of my health before the first creep wave even comes in while i'm Alistar which shouldn't work because I have 30 armor runes. His buffs were by no means necessary, the dude was already pretty strong. Now he's in a lot of my games, shredding everyone up with Warlords and insane damage that can't be matched unless you gank him (and we're talking about an ADC by the way). Please Riot, I already have so many other champions I have to ban ... why do you keep adding more to my "Must Ban" List?

EDIT: I mean just nerf his auto damage or revert the buffs and we're good? Like no one should do so much damage at level 1 and snowball so hard if he gets a slight advantage.
