This is such a cool icon, I freaken love it. Then my heart dropped when I realized it was for those participating in the OCE Week of 2017 ... in the Oceania region. Can the other regions get this icon too? I'll donate to save the animals or do whatever you guys want ... I want this icon so badly. Please?

I really hate when riot does the sectioning off things for different regions. That really makes no sense...shouldn't the entire community celebrate these things instead of you just nitpicking? It would also raise awareness for things outside of the region and maybe some other people would know what it's for. It's especially crappy when your region never gets any of these special things too.

^ EU never got that page. Had I known the icon was legacy - or even there - I would have bought it because it's rather good.

I personally don't have a desire for it, but I'm all for standing for the right of other people to have more avenues to express themselves.
