How about letting kha'zix able to evolve his passive?

Currently I believe our beloved grasshopper is in a nice position where people who frequently uses him has great success snowballing and has a nice learning curve which grows up to 5% higher or more potential than average. But I think that he is a bit underwhelming in terms of not his playstyle, but his evolution patterns. yesterday there was a thread which made a issue to have him stack his ult stealth, then I had this idea "what if you can upgrade his passive?"

currently khazix mainly relies on his Q burst and his jump to gtfo when he kills someone. however the Q-isolation gimmick is very reliant on the enemy's bad positioning and was always our problem and our ace at the same time.

If you can upgrade his Q in some sort of manner such as "adding in more stable damage", "more effective slows" or even "stacking unseen predator while the duration you are hidden from enemy sight to get a dps burst" adds in a more different playstyle which matches the "adapting" to the enemy, theme and makes us evolve more flexibly than it is now. For example- Q-E-passive single burst style evolve passive-R-Q dps stealth ganker style evolve
