Singed feels terrible right now

I honestly think he needs some buffs or kit changes, because I can't play him without getting shit on by all these ADC's and Bruisers. I mean I'm sure Singed is an alright champion, but he gets melted instantly and with all this mobility creep it's nearly impossible to escape.

Singed will forever be doomed to mediocrity so long as the basis of his kit depends on whether or not your opponent is stupid enough to chase you
