Oh fuck you, he can only apply the true damage to somebody with the most recent kills, and considering that won't be tanks, he'll pretty much operate the same in team fights

Nasus , darius, vi, j4 the lsit goes on and on... hell, even renekton. I get that fiora has some counter play. But garens? "I 'm recking top lane and I'm roaming. Garen gets a buff when I return to lane because I'M playing good? " What is the counterplay? Don't snow ball?

He will be played the same with slightly less sustain and slightly more damage. Also of all the lanes, I'd say snow balling is least likely to happen on top so you won't have to worry about it til after laning phase. I could be completely wrong but I don't see this as a huge buff, just a unique ability.

That 1% true damage from that passive is barely anything. Its basically a shiny mark saying "Execute this target"

1% max hp in true damage, thats basically 1 auto attack worth of lifesteal.

Its pretty decent if he manages to spin on you the entire time.

But yeah this buff isn't going to break Garen, his % true damage isn't even REMOTELY comparable to Vayne's (neither is Fiora's tbh, both of them are much more circumstantial, Vayne can trigger her's at nearly any time by simply attacking)

Demacian Justice becoming true damage on Villains is pretty rad though. Correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't that make Garen the owner of the ONLY true damage execute in the game (and by that I mean something that scales on % missing health, Darius' thing may as well be an execute too but we won't count it)?
