Anyone else feel that Ao Shin's abilities seem, dull yet overloaded

Q = Anivia Q W = Swain R E = Bard E R = A cross between Oriana's R(Or Vel's E) and a Lux ult on a long cd.

It also looks like due to the star interaction and E not doing any sort of damage it would be impossible to jungle with him, which is a bit sad considering most champions that main in a lane can also jungle with some varying degree of success.

His kit feels very Zilean-like to me, where in a way its overloaded, but all the damage capability is loaded onto one or two abilities.

No? Not even a little bit.

I understand the "dull" feeling, I particularly feel that with his ult, but his skills are anything but overloaded.

He actually has a pretty nice jungle clear. Only problem is he has little dueling potential in a 1v1 fight if he can't dictate the range the fight takes place on. Expect counter jungling and invades.

I'm waiting to see some jungle interaction just because I feel based on the numbers and watching some early PBS that it's not going to work against actual players that have played against him. I feel it's overloaded due to the potential of E roaming among the CC in the kit. I'll have to watch a bit more on it but I wasn't very impressed watching early play and the abilities descriptions.

Also the stars seem incredibly counterintuitive to other players and not very interactive.

That's not really what overloaded means. It's definitely potentially strong, but not overloaded.
