Thanks to the new R buff, you'll get massive MS as you pull someone in AND are able to move while grinding, enabling you to easily set up the fear.

Additionally, if you spec into Inspiration over Resolve you can get Approach Velocity which will be active the entire time from firing the missile to grinding them to death, making the followup fear EXTREMELY easy to position however you want.

Try it out.

Set up the fear or safely execute an enemy. Depends on the situation, no?

Oh yeah guess so. I'm absolutely loving the R change in general though. Not CC'ing yourself feels alot better than CC'ing yourself.

Also that amazing collision radius reduction to almost half the size. No more getting excessively stuck on minions.
