How Fiora should've been reworked.

She is "The Grand Duelist" right? Well why is she the invulnerable team healing swordsman she is now? That ain't her and Riot missed out on a very good rework with a champion who is supposed to be able to win duels with everyone! Forget stats in this lets just talk about spells.

Summary: Fiora in my mind is supposed to be the 1v1 champion. When fighting with anyone one on one she should be able to always win hands down. However when it turns to 5v5 she will be significantly weaker.

Passive: Keep the passive she has now. It is a mini game that is very unique that no other champion has however throw out the true damage and replace it with physical.

Q: Her dash synergyses with her Passive as it allows her to reposition so this stays.

W: Forget this spell's invulnerability frames. . At the end of cast if she hits an enemy they are slowed and if she intercepts a projectile they are of course stunned(for .5 seconds longer) however the projectiles are no longer negated.

E: I am throwing this out for a softer spell that builds up the longer she is in a fight. [No cost spell] When activated Fiora gains 5% attack speed, with each strike she gains 1% attack speed but when she hits a vital she gains 15% more attack speed. This effect lasts for 10 seconds

R: I am throwing this out. She does not fit as a team healer. She should instead gain a passive and an active for her ult.

Passive: With every successful strike against a champion Fiora gains one extra true damage when hitting only that champion. She learns how they fight with each strike and adjusts her fighting style.

Active: This cannot be activated when other champions are near this champion(A bit bigger of a radius then Kha's Isolation) Fiora Psyches the enemy champion out. Reducing their armor by 20, increasing the vital hit box from 1/4th of a circle to 1/3rd, every strike slows the champion, and Fiora gains movement speed when running towards this champion. This lasts for 5 seconds with a short cooldown of 45 seconds max rank.

Of course I am not Riot, I do not have playtesters on a PBE nor am I inside the building of Riot where they can instill their design philosophies on to me. With this post I wanted to bring to the attention that Fiora's kit does not fit perfectly with her identity that I see. This is all my opinion and I hope we can have a good discussion.
