Its probably just a rounding error. League has a lot of those. Admittedly, it should have rounded up to .07 if 1.2 is the real number.

Iv noticed that the Rune Page rounds things up, when the combined runes dont add up the number the rune pages says I have.

I dont know if that means I get the "rounded" number in game, or if its displaying a rounded number I dont actually have, or what.

This isnt the only rune that does it, and if you look at the "math" on multiple runes that end up in similar decimal places, some odd rounding logic comes in.

Here is the thing, they dont care, it wont be fixed, youre not the first person to mention this, just move on.

It's pretty clear they DO care. Remember the Fiora rework and the pure rage the Boards was filled with upon seeing her VU? People whined, people bitched, people complained, and people CRITICIZED until IT WAS FIXED. She looks great now as a result of the community's outrage.

If anyone has any genuine concerns about the pre-season, why should they "just move on"? Why not go to the place SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED TO VOICE FEEDBACK, CONCERNS, AND DISCUSS ISSUES WITH THE GAME and DISCUSS YOUR CONCERNS? If you make a valid and constructive post concerning what you feel is a problem in the game (or another meme post, which is funny, but takes up valuable feedback space on the first page), chances are, you'll get constructive feedback from other users and sometimes a Red post.

And that's worth complaining for. That one Red post. That means people INSIDE OF THE COMPANY (Which means they have some influence, btw) are reading the complaints and are acknowledging that these are indeed problems.

tl;dr: Does Riot care? Yeah, they still do, but their PR is murky at best right now. Will the pre-season be fixed? It can be if we as a community continue voicing concern, upvoting threads criticizing the pre-season, and MAKING threads criticizing the pre-season. EVENTUALLY, A RIOTER THAT HAS SOME CONTROL OVER THE BALANCE AND CHANGES WILL NOTICE. (See the Lore, where Bio is hyper-active in discussing what they can.) Should we move on? The moment we move on before the problems are fixed is the moment we say "Hey Riot, this bullshit you're throwing at us? We don't care enough to push it back in your face, so please keep force-feeding it to us." DO NOT "Just move on". Voice yourself. Make yourself heard.

Nah. 1.2/18=.0667 which is just displayed as .06, but that's about what it is. If you have 9 of them, the total at level 18 is 10.8, which rounds up to 11.

rito cant math, its been proven multiple times.

AP quint gives 4.95 AP, put 3 on a champ and suddenly the game says you have +15 AP.

Get 7.95 CD? game sayd you have 8% etc.

I realise that mayeb this is to reduce confusion or prevent someone from figuring out they can win lane by having .001% more CD then their opponents, but then why HAVE 4.95 AP quints? jsut have 5 AP quints.
