@Riot, Serious question

Rito, I know i'm going to come off as a dick for saying this, but it has to be said.

WHO THE F IS MAKING THESE BALANCING DECISIONS?

Seriously, I could get someone who is autistic to do a better job. The latest proposed changes to Kindred take the cake. Kindred needs nerfed, not buffed. The only reason she isn't meta is that you have even more OP/broken champs in the jungle right now. Nerf those guys and Kindred would be one of the top three junglers as is. Kindred has an overall win rate of 51% with a rate of 57% for mains. That's a very strong champ by any measure.

Whoever is in charge of the balance team needs to actually read some of the posts on the forums. There are some incredibly good ideas from the community on how to improve and balance the champion pool. Yeah, there are also some horrible ones, but it's pretty easy to weed those out. This is such a great game that is being ruined with just plain horrible balance decisions and reworks.

The balance team makes the decisions. They also have the foresight to test changes to the games, before putting them on live. That said, while the Kindred changes would increase certain parts of their kit, that doesn't make them buffs. They are changes. Buffs are simply upping numbers or scalings. What Riot is doing with Kindred, isn't buffing them, it is changing how their kit works, similar to Alistar or Rammus.

Sorry, but these are straight buffs to every part of her kit except her ult. Plus now, why would anyone ever play Kalista over Kindred now? Answer is they wouldn't. There is nothing Kalista can do that even comes close to Kindred on the PBE. And like I stated in the OP, Kindred was in a GREAT spot. There was zero need to rework her.

As for Riot testing changes, they are doing an absolute shit job of that on the PBE. Every champ that comes out of there is overtuned, OP, and/or broken. And the players are telling Riot this in the feedback, but they completely ignore it.
