Fixes to rank ladder system!

Everybody that is low in bronze or silver knows that the rank ladder is fucking broken. Riot wants to force teamwork down our throats so much so that they want to punish you and everyone on your team for a loss even if it's one person's fault. Here's my suggestion let's give 30 points to the team that wins and take 30 points for the team that loses. There's how you support your goal and make this game a team game!

Now let's add on additional stats in a sense, let's take how well you perform, kind of like your grading system except a lot more complex than simply your KDA, and your cs score, because let's be realistic every game is different and no matter how good you are your KDA won't always be the best, and if you are facing someone that likes to trade a lot more than they should your cs might be a bit lower depending maybe team fights broke out extremely early in a game. Maybe both teams have a lot more coordination with each other. Maybe everyone for the love of God is actually even....who knows.

Let's add on the stats for different roles/jobs, adc, kill participation, KDA, mostly checking how many deaths you have....that is, cs, damage being a major stat here, and how many objectives you participated in and how much participation you put towards it........

Jungler-How many ganks you attempted, how much were successful ganks, did you make enemy at least blow a flash to escape you? How many wards are you placing through the jungle. How many counter ganks, or stolen camps, objectives pushed, and so forth......

I'm sure by now you guys should be understanding make some separate stats for an individual. Before people start saying well this is a team game, in general an apc/adc usually won't deal a bunch of damage unless they have a team that's protecting them 1 v 5 they're going to die at least most of the time. A tank is useless if nobody is dealing any damage.....see my point I'm getting at? Add on statistics that reward players for playing as a team. Then give points for certain things like doing the most damage as an adc, getting ganks off for junglers, clearing camps for certain junglers that can't gank early and so forth......For a win, if you are the main reason why your team won the game, or at least one of the reasons you should be rewarded a little more points while somebody that it seems made it their purpose to lose that game probably shouldn't be getting 30 points for the win, and vice versa for a loss. If you lose but you did good individually by helping your team in any way that you could, be that not dying often, getting high cs, prioritizing the right items......whichever it may be. You shouldn't be punished as much as your team so subtract some from that 30 points and possibly only lose like 10 for a loss while somebody that went 0- and fucking 10 and did jack shit but talk the entire game maybe cost them 40 points.

Fuck your tribunal system it doesn't work, but at least this way, people will have fun and at least if we lose and we lose points we can find out why, and possibly get better, and you can't get pissed off if you are looking at the screen right in front of you explaining why you lost so and so points. Toxicity will go down, fun will rise, and I think Riot your game will become so much better and every goal you guys wanted to reach will be reached. Anyways what are your guy's thoughts, could this work and if so how can we push riot to consider this? I'm open for debate no trolls/or elitist jerk wads that think you should be able to carry every game/ no offense every game is different, different situations/different scenarios, and so on!

PS maybe if a person reaches 0 in bronze V that is, maybe remove them from rank and make them go through placement games all over again win a series 2 out of 3. And it would be nice if you guys actually try working on your balancing aspects more. Your MMR vs MMR as a team doesn't work, maybe find a way where bot lane vs bot lane are pretty identical in terms of skill, mid for mid, top for top, jungle for jungle, and make sure everyone is of the same skill bracket, and make smurfing in rank bannable! And trust me there's a way for riot to distinguish who's smurfing and who's not, maybe not easily and might not be around yet, but I say that could be a nice little improvement you guys try doing to see how well that works.

League of Legends is a very intense and very fun game the meta the champions how different they are it's an amazing game it's just so sad that the one aspect in this game that I like so much sucks so badly. Sometimes I am the reason why my team loss not to brag or anything but it's usually not very often, sometimes, I get carried and probably didn't deserve how many points I got for the win, but win or lose I say there are about 70% of my matches where I feel I should of got more points than I got for a win and loss less points for a loss. Just an idea that I really think would benefit both riot, and the player base, and who knows you might have a more balance ladder system instead of 80% of the players that play this game being stuck in bronze and silver.

I was JUST thinking of a system like this.

I go 12/6/9, get my lane turret, help jungler get RH and move to help our bot lane (who at this point is 15 deaths between them) and a support that thinks they can 1v3 and throws every team fight and I lose 20 LP because of them.

You can lead a horse but I should not lose LP because they wont drink.

I'd prefer if they just locked us against us playing against players of our own tier. No more jokes of Bronze 3, Silver 4, and unranked players being in the same game for ranked.

I would like that to, at least make it where if you are playing a division higher than you it should be like bronze 1 to silver 5 kind of deal, and it's hard to find 10 unrank players at one time, but unrank shouldn't be playing anywhere but against bronze 5 players, since they should be somewhere around the same skill level. The only thing is I don't think it would fix all the issues though.
