As a former Vel' Koz main, the rework changed the key parts of his kit, and made him a lot more fun to play. His entire kit is now focused around his passive, instead of it just being a nice damage boost.

Vel'Koz really didn't change. He has a partial refund on Q now, and does lots more true damage with his passive AND ult. What is there to complain about?
