I strongly believe that the leblanc "nerfs" hardly hurt her.

...Played her for a few ranked games and seriously, I cant see the difference in her damage if I max QE. I dont know exactly why, since im supposed to lose like a large chunk of damage, but I still one-shot all-in the enemy anyways. Maybe pre-nerf the W was already overkill.

I know now I have to be more careful when using my W to position because of cooldown issues, if this so called "nerf" is about making leblanc less acessible to her W then I believe its a successfull nerf...In a way.

But again, as long as Q, E. passive are strong her assassination potential is nearly untampered. Besides, if leblanc can hit her W on you, youre 100% dead anyways. Actually, Im worried if her winrate will go more higher because she can literally one-shot minions again and take the 1st mid tower to roam.

Let me tell you this, Bard mid can 1 shot, Sona mid can 1 shot, Leblanc does her job horribly, losing 10% in winrate dropping from 52% to 42% is huge. You telling me she is doing fine? Hell no! Every champion I played against Leblanc in 7.5 stomped her and destroyed her. She cannot fight Syndra, Gragas, Orianna. There is nothing she can assassinate. If you man up you can beat any Leblanc it doesn't who they are what rank they are you have a high advantage already, because you can dodge her primary source of locking you down which is her E and she lose half of her damage if she doesn't hit her E.

There is a Difference between Balance and Weak, If a match up that was already unfavorable like Syndra is still unfavorable then this is a balance issue and the champion is just WEAK.

LeBlanc got the azir treatment. Yes leblanc can still assassin SINGLE targets, but majority of champions can assassin a single target if they get the drop on them. Lets look at a late game scenario, before she got nerfed most recently if you W Q 3 enemys close together at lvl 16 by that combo could basically win the team fight, now after the nerfs if you do that same combo you will do over 800 dmg LESS total for all 3 targets. So yes leblanc can still kill people 1v1 because of her Q, but now her team fighting potential has been gutted. Only way to play LeBlanc and have a chance to win is just popping your passive with Q's and R Q's over and over, but not everyone is stupid enough to let you spam Q's on them till they die. Now that W does next to no dmg you can just use W to try to jump in range to spam Q's or W Q minion wave to try and shove with your passive. I hated pre rework leblanc, but i loved reworked lebalanc, now i wont touch her because she has nothing to offer to your team in team fights except MAYBE rooting someone with E.

For me, this is a buff. They buffed the Q bonus damage to minions. Also, I rarely, if EVER use LeBlanc's W for damage. At best, I just use it to mark enemies and gap close. I was surprised that it made it EASIER to kill minions now since they shit on her W. Maybe I'll play her in ranked and troll the shit out of enemy mid laners who think she's supposed to be trash tier (LB's win rate in Bronze is around 37%)
