ARAM veigar is cancerous

Ever since the change to how he could get stacks, this guy has become the biggest middle finger to any team unfortunate enough to face him in ARAM.

While many other stacking champions have stack enhancers, is there any chance that we can tone down how fast this guy can stack? Perhaps for ARAM only revert the takedown stacks buff to 3 stacks per takedown instead of 5.

ARAM is not meant to be balanced.

They do occasionally make minor balance changes though. Garen gets more resistances per a minion killed on his W in ARAM than SR, Nasus gets double stacks on Q, GP passively gets silver serpents, etc.

Typically it is to buff the champion though to take into account things like farming that are harder.
