Can we get discussion on Elise? @Meddler @Morello

I hate to spam the boards but the PBE changes for her are both confusing and interesting. We've gotten some posts on Evelynn, why not the other AP jungler in trouble? Could be fun ^_^ For context, here are the changes:

Human Form movement speed: 335 > 330 Spider Form movement speed: 345 > 355 Cocoon missile speed: 1450 > 1600

Positive changes for sure and they might be enough to make her good but my personal question is: couldn't we get changes that made her feel a bit more powerful rather than giving her some subtle power? Is there any chance of more changes? Why were these changes chosen in particular? What does Riot think of her in the present and going forward?

I don't know. I'm just very curious as to what Riot thinks of her, because this is the first meaningful buff she's gotten as someone who consistently has among the worst win rates. And I'm always championing changes to Elise primarily because I want Riot to decide if we should be building damage or tankiness ("full magic pen tank" feels so pointless/terrible).
