all give pretty good defensive stats, PD+DD together is particularly broken. they are also still capable of stacking life steal to benefit even more off the defenses they get. this shit is the same reason you nerfed the fighters but yet its A-OK for RANGED carries to do it? we are not allowed to duel ADCs at all now? absolute BS

who is building armor penetration? i know people probably will again when the items are buffed next patch but those items feel dead aside from maybe lucian having some viability doing it and varus MAYBE when they are buffed

LW is a shit buy. you are better off getting another crit or LS item rather than 
in most situations unless the enemy has 3 or more armor stackers. the stats it gives are just horrible
