Make towers do 25% max health damage

just give towers a minimum damage and this will all be over with

I think we all agree this is a liiiiiiittle bit too extreme...

That's lame, then there wouldn't be the tank and take strategy.

give them a larger amount of flat armor pen instead. really hurting squishies.
