Can it be a goal to stop rewarding people for playing like handicapped monkeys in the next season?

Particularly ones who play feast or famine champions in top lane, who just go balls to the wall 24/7, and manage to succeed without ever gaining any kind of decision making skill. The same applies to assassins, to some degree.

I legitimately get Diamond players complaining about the enemy not trading or letting them engage in probably 1/4 games, because they aren't used to it/don't know how to deal with it. This shows that something is seriously wrong.

For example, in a recent game, our auto-filled bottom lane had fed the enemy Lucian something like 13 kills. I tried to assassinate him as Talon; he popped Heal + Flash + BotRK active, survived with ~15% health, and ulted me, at which point I disengaged because he was out of my range and had significant lifesteal from his ult. Our Soraka, who was an auto-filled Diamond IV Riven main, continued chasing the Lucian, ate the full ult, and died... And then started raging that I'm 'playing Talon like a little bitch.'

This player should not have been able to reach this level without having better situational awareness and decision making skill, and this is a recurring theme with 9/10 Riven mains above Diamond, as well as most other bursty top lane players.

If I can say something, There shouldn't be any reason as to why Soraka facetanked Lucian's ultimate. If my teammate backs off a target, then I should do the same (unless the target is an autoattack away from death & they pose no threat to me). I'm a Gold 5 Support player & even I know when to let stuff go.
