Can a comp without an adc work?
With the new ziggs bot pick, is it viable to make a no adc comp. You can have an ad assassin mid to make up for the lack of ad damage.

The problem is that the enemy tanks become unkillable without the extra omph from crits from range at a reasonably high attack speed.
I am not sure if Yasuo mid counts.
not like most champs with semi decent dps get cleaver and dominics and tanks get destroyed. Remember playing riven could not rly kill shit then got dominics and then all of a sudden started using tanks as a fkn heal pot with how much dmg i did to them
Yes, it can work. But the team must be aware of what's special in the comp and play accordingly.

Now call me out on this if you must, but isn't that an ADC for your team? The acronym stands for Attack Damage Carry. If it builds AD with potential to carry your team, especially in team fight scenarios, it is an ADC.
As for the post in general, a comp doesn't always need a marksman in the bot lane to work. More than often it just takes knowing the overall comp you have and where the strength lies.
I'd prefer an ADC, doesn't have to be bot lane but they make taking objectives MUCH easier.
The problem that lies in this is that assassins cant kill true tanks, Or reliably multikill on most occasions. adcs can
Teemo APC in bot actually does work as well (it's his real role actually, not top) Twisted fate APC in bot is also possible Azir APC in bot is not only possible but pretty broken considering his zoning range Lux can also be an APC bot Xerath is busted everywhere he goes
it can work but consider that mages go mid because they supposedly scale better with levels than with gold but considering that you will level up eventually and that you'll have enough gold to afford stronger items early, that doesn't seem to be an issue.
I think if you use the early damage and siege to your advantage go for it. But if you can't turn a mage (like ziggs) early advantage over a marksmen into a mid game win you'll probably end up losing late game to the team with an adc.
I'm bronze and fiora bot works well with something like thresh/blitz/naut but at this level bringing 5 smites and taking dragon lvl 2 is a viable strategy.
If you have a source of sustained physical damage elsewhere, then yes. In theory anyway.
arguably, it would probably work best with an ADC mid or top and a tank(y) champion in the other role.
You would need a melee carry in either mid/top and jungle, generally yasuo and master yi/had/tryndamere
