You really shouldn't get paired back up with people you just reported

Yeah, let's add in arbitrary restrictions on matchmaking! Not like people report anyone for the slightest preserved infraction anyway, let's give people more reason to use the report function of the game!

I agree, they could honestly just make it so you're not matched **with **the person the very next game. Not to say they can't be in your game, just not on your team.

That sounds like it would require a lot of back end work between two systems that weren't designed to talk to each other.
