Singed is supposed to be one of the hardest champions in the game hands down. Why does Riot thinks it's unacceptable for another high skill cap champion like Azir to have a decent W/R with newer players but it's ok for Singed? If newer players on Singed are averaging a 50% W/R or better on average doesn't that signal that something is also overtuned with Singed as well?

Proxy farming is just 1 style of playing Singed. As you can imagine not everyone will proxy farm because it's not always ideal.
Singed right now is a lot easier since they changed his passive. Old Singed on the other hand had a ton of bad lane match ups and didn't have grounding etc... it was very very hard to do consistently well as Singed because of how bad his laning actually was.

Ohmereb1 votesHow can you compare Azir's Kit to that of singed? Azir's kit over all is one hell of a kit in the correct hands. While Singed can split push for days on end he doesnt have an engage and is over all not that big of a teamfighter. Azir can engage and win teamfights with his high damage in the mid to late game. Thats probably why they nerfed Azir his kit is just too good.
