The Leona Buffs or Nerfs idk

For me those are buff for Leona others are saying nerfs and all I gotta say is are those buffs/nerfs really necessary? Been playing her top and she is stupid strong vs ad (melee), that's some stupid dmg for a tank since I tower dove a Nid who healed herself with help of a Renekton and I still got out alive killing her, and seeing her hp bar go down like if I was a LeBlanc

This is not right...and seeing my dmg and compare it to my Jhin, its half his dmg(me being 2nd highest dmg)
