I'm not gonna bother explaining why he's broken. At this point I think we all know what he does. All I have to say is THANK GOD he's being reworked next. This cancer champ will not be missed.

You are correct but I remember seeing him on Riot's "champs to rework" list awhile ago so I know they'll be working on him soon (possibly after Morde).

Yeah I hate noc too, Im not only glad he's getting reworked eventually but Im also glad I never see him.

One of my friends told me he was next. It's possible he was wrong, but I know Riot has plans to rework him soon.
