Final game of Allstars 2016, everyone wants to have fun and troll picks

Soaz decides to go with AP Shaco. It's the first time in YEARS, we've seen Shaco being picked in "pro" matches. Maybe first time in the history of LoL for AP Shaco. The game keeps going and even among those troll champions, Shaco is just terrible. He can't do anything, he's a free kill for everyone. Eventually he goes 2-9 and his team loses.

Riot's balance team watches this and says: "Hey you now what? We should nerf AP Shaco to the ground! Yeeey great job guys, we brought balance to the game!"
