i play nidalee and i saw it immediately. BUT that only becuase i saw where nidalee was and i saw where her targets where and i looked between them. (because as nidalee i constantly need to find a straight uninterrupted line to throw spears in.)
i have also seen this video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JyckncMUVgM
which lead me to belive this issue is only from nidalee spears throw from fog of war. (which would explain as i always mid nidalee i never see it myself or ever have opponents complain about it)
the BIGGER issue i have is this next Video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P7a836M88Pk
which im not even sure its real but if it is its a HUGE BUG
and i don't even think the caster realized he got hit by a spear when the nidalee was on screen IN COUGAR FORM the entire time the spear was being thrown
because while i personally believe nid is 100% balanced, and i believe the trap nerf should be reverted (or rather the 150 damage cap vs monsters lowered to 50 vs monsters and the 10% damage reverted). and i EVEN believe that if nidalee throws a spear at your FROM FOG OF WAR your PROBABALY not going to be able to dodge it in time REGARDLESS if it invisible or not, so if this ONLY happens from fog or war. (as seen in the first video)i don't see how seeing the spear is going to change the fact that there isn't enough human reaction time to dodge it unless it had to travel max range
HOWEVER. even as a nidalee main an going to call bull**** on getting hit by an invisible spear with vision of nidalee when the spear was thrown WHILE SHE IS IN COUGAR FORM.
**THAT **IS SOME FRICKEN BS
im not sure it it was lag or what not but for all you non nidalee players.. nidalee cant throw spears in cat form. and to change from cat from to human form, throw a spear and back to cat from takes about 2-3 second becuase of the cooldown between changing forms.
as a nid player i dont think that nidalee could have thrown that spear from the bush and swapped to cougar from to appear on screen for that long before the spear hit. but thats the only fesiable explaination i have for that video. which i agree is bs.
if i see a nidalee running at me in cat form i dont expect to get hit by a spear regardless of whether or not the spear is invisble.
