Not only no, but HELL NO. Mobility creep has gotten past the point of stupid now.
I'm not sure how long Riot plans on keeping Ekko in this position, but they could hurry the fuck up on some nerfs to his scaling and slows.

LB: So annoying, but you can make her over extend easily. Zed: Triple flash. Dafuq? Fizz: Fizz is indeed annoying. troll poll lasts to long. Ekko: Burns his ult to escape, its all good since its his ult hes burning, and he has to burn it early or else he cant escape with it.
Can't instantly anymore, he has to wait 1 second, which is actually enough to CC and kill him.
I don't think there is a problem with that, if the ability FORCES the champion to go back, making him predictable
You know what my question is? Why can't they make an overloaded TANK for once? They've done supports, they've done fighters, assassins, etc. MAKE A MANALESS TANK WITH THREE PASSIVES AND INFINITE SCALING PLS
It's only really annoying with Fizz and leblanc, who can do it constantly on a <10 second cooldown (Zed to a lesser extent). Ekko 100% has to blow his ult to do this at all, which is a pretty big blow to his zoning power. Plus, his instantaneous burst is relatively low, so he doesn't benefit from it as much as the others.
I wish they made AP Ezreal viable so he can show those bitches that you don't need a jump back in order to do puns of damage
Because we definitely need another thread complaining about this? Riot has stated they are working on making fixes that will alleviate some of the stress that comes from fighting these champions... At this point these types of threads are really just clickbait or fishing for upvotes. :/
For irony points, Caitlyn can fight 3/4 of those you listed in the mid lane. Well, a good caitlyn. You have to know how to play safe and abuse cooldowns. Which is fun ^.^ I love watching Yasuo/Zed/Fizz/Katarina/Akali get first picked mid. Makes me happy. It's like "Time to get fed".
They need to fix the fact that fizz can use playful trickster to negate CC. I've used Karma against him and he can playful trickster right as the root hits and the CC had no affect on him. CC should apply after he lands.
In these characters' defenses, that is their whole role. They are assassins, and assassins run in, burst somebody (normally a squishy), and get the hell out. They don't have sustained damage, and they don't have any tankyness. This is like saying 
should have lower health because he has too much and it's annoying to fight.
