If someone locks in a mastery page thats empty.
Can you move it to their last used mastery page or something. Just had an ezreal on my team who had like 2 masteries because he was making a page and "it didn't save in time" he did nothing all game.

set up prior to queueing up for the champs or roles you play the most and every one would be fine

Keystones do have an impact, which is why I suggested multiple times that they be the seperate point rather than the last, but they don't make a big enough impact to justify him doing nothing all game.
Sounds like a shit player who tried to justify poor play with lack of masteries.
